Returns Policy

Please choose carefully.  We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.  Please inspect your items when you receive them.  If an item is defective or faulty a claim must be made by email or telephone within 5 days of receipt of the item.  Returns will not be accepted on any damaged, altered item or if you simply change your mind. 

Returned Items must be unused. Defective items will only be replaced for identical items. 

If you feel that you are entitled to a refund or exchange, please contact us by email hatmaker at or by phone +61 405 188 085. Please allow up to 3 days for a reply. 

We strongly recommend that you send the item back to us using registered post or a trackable courier, as we will not be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.  Please note that shipping charges on delivery (if any paid) and the return will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty.  Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed. 

Please do not return items without prior authorisation or approval as they will not be accepted. 


Please understand that colours may vary between computer screens. The colours on the website are represented as best as possible but we can not be held responsible for wrong choices or colours variances between computer screens.
